Jessica Lowrey is mostly retired after more than thirty years in the investment business. She currently serves as a consultant to the Veris Wealth Partners Investment Committee having formerly been the firm’s Director of Investment Research. After 20+ years of experience in private wealth management, she joined Veris to focus on investment opportunities seeking to address major societal issues such as climate change and housing affordability. Her work has included advancing renewable energy, regenerative agriculture and the financial empowerment of women. In addition to earning BA, JD, LLM (Taxation) and MBA degrees, Jessica became a certified EMT in 2025. Through investment, philanthropy and volunteerism she continues to seek opportunities to mitigate the threats posed by a changing climate, economic inequality and the housing crisis.

Jessica has served on a variety of boards and committees for various institutions including but not limited to the Board of Trustees for the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah (current) as well as The Central Park Conservancy and The Rose Affordable Housing Preservation Fund IV Impact Advisory Committee. She also volunteered teaching personal financial literacy to students attending New York City public middle schools as well as teaching angel investing as a member of Golden Seeds, an investment group dedicated to the advancement of women led companies. Jessica enjoys running and hiking in and around Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument which is adjacent to the home in Boulder, UT that she shares with her husband, Jeff Habib. She completed the Escalante Canyons Marathon in 2025.
