Chloee was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved out west, becoming a first-generation college graduate in Environmental Sustainability and Sociology at the University of Utah. She studied land conservation in Costa Rica and interned with Dr. Vandana Shiva at Navdanya Biodiversity Conservation Farm in India. Her studies focus on the intersection of climate change, indigenous women in farming communities, and plants. A self-taught herbalist, Chloee recently completed an apprenticeship with Night Raven Rewilding Project in her beloved home of Boulder, Utah. She enjoys meditative walks with the river, gardening, painting, and backpacking with her husband Eric and pitbull-chihuahua Patrick.
